Saddle up for a ride in this horse racing-inspired luxury roadster
Bentley has unveiled a one-off Continental GT Convertible inspired by what it calls ‘the greatest racecourse in the world’.
The Equestrian Edition was commissioned by Bentley Bristol and built by Bentley Mulliner in Crewe. A price hasn’t been revealed. We suspect you’ll need the pockets of a racehorse owner to be able to afford it.
You’ll find horse and rider silhouettes on all four seats, which are finished, aptly, in sustainable saddle hide. The same silhouette can be found on the front fascia, along with a walnut veneer and gold detailing.
Bentley Mulliner, the exclusive division of Bentley Motors, has designed an exclusive Continental GT Convertible. He’s inspired by the prestigious Cheltenham horse racing festival in Gloucestershire, England
For the first car in Bentley Mulliner’s Collections portfolio, the coachbuilder looks to the world of horse racing. Commissioned by Bentley Bristol, the Equestrian Edition Continental GT Convertible features an interior wrapped in carefully considered details that include horse and rider silhouettes. Throughout the interior, gold detailing on Walnut single veneers and box wood inlays. Check out Bentley’s signature diamond quilting in genuine Tweed fabric.
